> For production: Your personal padlock is available on the board next to the supervisor's room. You must always have it with you. You must therefore take it at the beginning of your cycle and put it back in the LOTO box at the end of it.

 

> For maintenance: lockout over several breaks. Instead of a personal padlock, a padlock

"maintenance No. X" can be placed AND the key will be stored in a cabinet in the maintenance workshop. The intervention will be noted on the log sheet.

 

> It is strictly forbidden to cut a personal padlock if the person is not physically present. If this is essential, the opinion of a manager must validate.
